1. Services Provided
Elite Limo Rentals offers premium chauffeured transportation services for various occasions, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, proms, events, and hourly rentals.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with complete and accurate information.
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS once your reservation is finalized.
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
- You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
- Final charges may include additional time, wait time, tolls, parking fees, and cleaning fees (if applicable).
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations (see cancellation policy below).
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.
- No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
- All cancellations must be made via phone or email and confirmed by our team.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the client.
6. Delays and Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- While we strive for punctuality, we do not guarantee arrival or drop-off times.
- Elite Limo Rentals is not liable for any missed flights, events, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Vehicle Substitution
- In rare cases, we may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Elite Limo Rentals and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Modifications
